RICS released a consultation draft of new "Practice Information" on 1 March 2023.   This is a proposed update of the 2010 Guidance Note "Discounted cash flow for commercial property investments" to reflect changes in practices and expectations since then, and also to respond to the recommendations in the Pereira-Gray review that greater use be made of DCF methods.
